Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a medical company located in Natomas. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others in a fast-paced call center environment.
Location: Natomas, CA
Pay: $23-25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time (standard business hours)
Job Duties:
Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding benefits, claims, and services
Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a professional tone
Document call details and follow up as needed
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
3+ years of call center or customer service experience (healthcare industry highly preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Bilingual skills are a plus
